Brief Description of the building:
A 5,800m2 office area building on a total of 7 levels, two basements and 5 floors situated in the heart of Limassol.
Mechanical Services
Cooling / Heating Plant:
Generally 3-pipe VRV systems (heating/cooling) serve the office areas.
8no. air handling units provide conditioned fresh air to the building and air conditioning to the cafeteria and auditorium. Solar heated water is stored and used for absorption cooling and the domestic hot water requirements of the building.
Fire Protection
There is a sprinkler system installed in all main areas. Specific areas like the Server room are protected from an inert gas extinguishing system (FM-200)
