Brief Description of the building:
The three-storey office building (it also includes a basement level)which is situated at the heart of Limassol covers a space of around 5,500m2. The building houses around 300 people.
Mechanical Services
Cooling / Heating Plant:
Cooling is provided into the building through a combination of VRV units and Chiller – Air-Handling-Units system. The Heating load is satisfied through an oil fired boiler.
Water Services
Cold water storage: Water is distributed into the building through a Booster set which is situated in the basement, where the main plant-room is.
